Made by our kitchen brigade with the finest ingredients and enriched with preserved Sicilian orange and lemon, Marcona almonds, Agen prunes, plump golden raisins and Amarena cherries all soaked in Brandy and Sherry and finished with our Meadowsweet honey from this years harvest of our favourite herb.
